Project Leni 239 is the dream we saw several years ago and with great effort and many sacrifices we managed to make it true, after countless hours of personal work and effort in order to be able to offer comfort and elegance to couples, families and groups of travelers who want to live in our city in a clean, modern and contemporary apartment.

The 75m2 fully renovated apartment is on the 6th floor of an apartment building and has access by an elevator. It has an excellent location in the historical center of the city. In a beautiful and picturesque neighborhood, the neighborhood of the Bit Pazar market, known to all antique shops. The historic “hidden” square offers many shops for food and drink for all ages. At a distance of 250 meters (2 minutes by foot) is the Roman Market of Thessaloniki. Walking along the same vertical axis towards the sea, we pass the famous Kapani Market, Athonos Square, the renovated Modiano market and after 10 minutes according pace we end up in the famous Aristotles Square where from there walking 300 meters to the right we enjoy our walk inside the cobbled harbor of the city or heading left in 10 minutes we reach the biggest attraction, our famous White Tower. In close proximity to the apartment, approximately 7 minutes’ walk to the southwest, is the Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki and Ladadika district, and to the northeast, at the same distance, is the Arch of Galerius and the well-known Rotunda church. There are plenty of suggestions for food and entertainment in our city.

This is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double sized bed, a large closet and a comfortable office desk for remote working with access to the small balcony of the house.
The largest of the 2 bedrooms of our apartment.
It is air-conditioned also, has a queen size bed and an open space closet. It has access to the front and largest of the 2 balcony with nice view of the neighborhood.

Agora Modiano
New hot spot of the town. An old traditional food market rennovated into a modern and stylish food court with lots of options for food and drinks. Must visit.
Bougatsa "To Anoteron"
This little pastry shop makes the best traditional "bougatsa" around the neighborhoud. Try as much tastes as you can for breakfast. You won't be dissapointed. Trust me on that!
Salento wood fire street food
New entry in the neighborhoud. It is recommended only for take away or to eat at home cause there is not enough space to enjoy sitting. Everything is suggested.
Kyr Giorgis
For the meat lovers. Nice choice if you like to taste delicious souvlaki and gyros. It is an overall value for money restaurant with cheap prices and friendly staff very close the apartment.
Three little pigs
A restaurant combining traditional greek cuisine with modern comfort food. Beautifull atmosphere outside or inside the restaurant with reasonable prices and nice service. My personal favourite.
Charoupi
My second personal favourite place, behind the Ladadika district. Cretan (traditional & modern also) cuisine that worth trying. The atmosphere and the service will travel you to Crete for sure.
Tsarouchas Restaurant
One of the oldest and most visited restaurant in town. This place services traditional greek food such as Pastitsio, Mousaka and Gemista (filled peppers). It's reputation though comes through the years with the most famous soup Patsas. It is super close to our apartment. Totally suggested
Trigona Elenidis
Try the most famous delicacy of the city. Trigona Panoramatos is delicious and if you visit Thessaloniki, you must taste them like Bougatsa.
Local hints & tips
*** How to get / park to Project Leni 239 ***
If you arrive by plane you can take a taxi and be there in approximately 30 minutes (according traffic) and pay 25€ more or less.If you arrive by car use the following link to get to the neighborhood https://goo.gl/maps/FTMPNxq7j491K6Qx6 and then follow the below instructions carefully more so that you don’t get fined.
Public parking is available at some roads nearby the apartment (not the road that the apartment is located unfortunately) indicated by the signs of the Municipality of Thessaloniki marked as “Visitors – Επισκέπτες” (reservation is not needed) and costs € 1.70 per hour. Do not park at “Residents – Κάτοικοι” roads cause a fine of 20€ – 40€ will be issued. (tourists are their best “customers” so please be carefull)
